Pilates

Mat pilates emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility. Pilates training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles. This balanced approach ensures no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Barre

Tone, lift, and tighten as you improve postural alignment and increase body awareness.  Target your seat and legs through small movement patterns and well-balanced sequences. This low impact class allows you to develop long, lean muscles, improved balance and strength endurance without harsh impact to your joints.

Yoga

Vinyasa poses are smooth and fluid, taking time for advanced postures and modifications, inspiring breath control, individual achievement and inner reflection.

Restorative cultivates a mind body balance while dissolving physical and mental tension. Experience supported postures, guided relaxation, and an extended savasana (final resting pose).

Power Sculpt

Our signature strength and condition class is designed to tone and firm through high energy movement and intense body sculpting. This balanced class will challenge your stamina and improve your total body condition. Individual guidance is provided for a safe and effective workout.

TRX

TRX Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously by leveraging gravity and body weight.  This class is scalable, so no matter where you are with your current conditioning you can get a fast, fun and effective total-body workout.

BoxFit

This energizing class delivers power and agility through easy-to-follow punch, block and kick movements.  Proper form and technique are key as you recruit all major muscle groups for a total body workout.  Partner drills and group interaction keep this class fun and challenging.
