Our training approach makes use of the body’s natural movement patterns to improve the overall health and function of each client. Our group classes are fun, interactive and carefully planned in order to keep you safe, motivated and challenged ensuring high energy expenditure at an individual level. We encourage our clients to attend 3 classes/week in order to maintain minimum health requirements. Keep in mind that this is a baseline for health! Clients with additional goals should talk with our training team for more specific recommendations. At Form, every person at every fitness level is accommodated. Feel free to talk with any of our qualified trainers prior to class and we will be sure to provide you with modifications specific to your needs.

Two morning class options are offered each day: one Mind Body class and one Strength Condition class.
Mind Body Classes are highlighted in green. These classes are a great entrance into fitness while providing an intentional, careful approach to exercise. Classes are mat-based and improve flexibility and strength endurance with little to no joint impact.
Strength Condition Classes are highlighted in pink. These classes improve muscle strength and cardiorespiratory condition. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Our certified and experienced instructors will ensure that your workouts are safe, effective and appropriate for you.
We encourage all clients to vary class workouts for optimal results. Our monthly membership option offers unlimited access to all classes with no contract. Single and 4 class passes are also available.
