Group Fitness Classes


Goodbye boring workouts. We offer a variety of classes and fab instructors!

Barre

Lengthen muscles, increase stamina & flexibility through pilates-based movement. Ballet barre and other small props are used. Toesox are optional and can be purchased at Form.

Pilates

Improve postural alignment and core strength through balanced muscle development.

Form 360

Increase lean muscle, balance, and range of motion using weights and other resistance tools.

BoxFit

Using targets, this high intensity class improves agility and power through punch, block and kick movements. This is an advanced class that can be modified for all fitness levels. Gloves are optional.

Body Basic

Geared toward those managing physical limitations, injuries, or overcoming a sedentary lifestyle; our most basic class is safe and gentle for everyone.

Yoga

Build stamina, mental focus, and breath control as you move through postures. This class will help relieve stress and promote a calm center.

Amped

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class uses weight equipment and athletic-based drills. While an advanced class, our trainers will provide modified options for various fitness levels.

Club Cardio

Our cardio dance workout incorporates basic, easy-to-follow moves set to popular, danceable music in a fun class setting.

We offer custom training programs focusing on weight reduction and management, body composition, functional movement recovery, breast cancer recovery, Pro-Performance training, TRX training, and youth sports and movement training. Please see each of our Training Services for more information.

3 Primary Training Phases

Our classes are categorized into 3 training phases. We strongly suggest clients cycle through or (cross-train) in each of our training phases for optimal results; even when in top condition! Please keep in mind that all classes can be modified to meet an individual’s fitness level. Speak with one of our trainers for specific recommendations.
