GROUP 1: 8:30am M/W/F
GROUP 2: 9:30am M/W/F
GROUP 3: 8:30am T/Th/Sat
GROUP 4: 4:15pm M/W, 9:30am/Sat
36 Training Sessions. Deposit secures your reservation and is deducted from total training fee. Remaining balance is due at the start of the training series. Partial payment arrangements are available upon request.
Three one-on-one sessions scheduled at your convenience will provide you with an assessment, customized food plan and accountability toward your goals. You will never out-exercise a bad diet. Accomplish your ideal weight and be empowered to maintain long-term health. Nutrition component is optional. Reduced rate of $145 is available to Small Group Training participants only.
