Our TRX suspension class provides total body strength challenges keeping you strong and lean. This class is designated for client who have completed our TRX Team Training or have prior TRX experience.
This energizing class delivers power and agility through easy-to-follow punch, block and kick movements. Proper form and technique are key as you recruit all major muscle groups for a total body workout. Partner drills and group interaction keep this class fun and challenging.
Our signature strength and conditioning class is designed to tone and firm up your body through high energy movement and intense body sculpting. This foundational class will challenge your stamina and improve your total body condition.
In our Vinyasa style, power flow yoga, movements are linked to the breath. The sequence of poses is smooth and fluid as one pose runs into the next, taking time for advanced postures and modifications. This yoga technique inspires individual achievement and inner reflection.
Our mat pilates class emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Pilates focuses on length and flow rather than tension and contraction in order to create long lean muscles and improved posture.
Tone, lift and tighten as you improve postural alignment and increase body awareness. This pilates based class is comprised of small movement patterns and well-balanced sequences. Ballet barre and other small props are used. Toesox are optional and can be purchased at Form.
Team Trainings are available after school at 3:15 or 4:15. Trainings are 6 weeks, 18 sessions and pre-registration is required. read more

This total body program provides progressive classes with a fixed group of women. Accountability and camaraderie make these classes fun and interactive. Class size is limited in order to ensure individual attention and coaching. This is personal training at an affordable small group rate. Expect to see measurable results!
TRX® Team Training
A 6-week progressive program that uses suspension trainers leveraging gravity and bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises to increase muscle control, strength and mobility. The program is scalable from the beginner to pro-athlete. Space is limited to 12 participants per session.

For a more customized approach, personal training provides one on one coaching specific to your goals. Sessions are completely private — just you and your trainer will work together in our studio space. Whether you need a jump start or continued training, we provide physical assessments, nutritional coaching, healthy goals and reasonable timelines, safe and progressive training plans, accountability and positive coaching.
If you are recovering from an injury, surgery, or pain that limits your ability to meet fitness goals, you can exercise safely with your condition, not around it! By having a thorough understanding of your injury, surgery, or symptoms, our physical therapist can develop a specific exercise plan that will meet you where you are and allow you to safely progress your fitness and function. We provide injury assessments, initial consultations, therapeutic training and breast cancer recovery.

Our training approach makes use of the body’s natural movement patterns to improve the overall health and function of each client. Our group classes are fun, interactive and carefully planned in order to keep you safe, motivated and challenged ensuring high energy expenditure at an individual level. We encourage our clients to attend 3 classes/week in order to maintain minimum health requirements. Keep in mind that this is a baseline for health! Clients with additional goals should talk with our training team for more specific recommendations.

Our certified and experienced instructors will ensure that your workouts are safe, effective and appropriate for you. Our monthly membership option offers unlimited access to all classes with no contract. Single and 4 class passes are also available.
