We offer custom training programs focusing on weight reduction and management, body composition, functional movement recovery, breast cancer recovery, Pro-Performance training, TRX training, and youth sports and movement training. Please see each of our Training Services for more information.
3 Primary Training Phases
Our classes are categorized into 3 training phases. We strongly suggest clients cycle through or (cross-train) in each of our training phases for optimal results; even when in top condition! Please keep in mind that all classes can be modified to meet an individual’s fitness level. Speak with one of our trainers for specific recommendations.
Low Impact Endurance Training
- Allows for proper recovery and maintenance
- Ensures optimal adaptations for strength and power

High Impact Power Training
- Increases overall stability, proprioception, strength, and power output
- Enhances athleticism, coordination and balance
- Improves mental focus and physical stamina
- Boosts oxygen uptake
- Increases metabolic demands and caloric expenditure
- Encourages recruitment of the posterior chain (calves, hamstring complex, gluteal muscles, spinal erectors)
